Terms of Service

Customer Responsibility

Pyörävuokra maksetaan etukäteen. 

Vuokraaja on velvollinen huolehtimaan pyörästä kuten huolellinen henkilö omastaan sekä noudattamaan huolellisuutta, varovaisuutta sekä annettuja ohjeita. Vuokraaja on velvollinen korvaamaan pyörälle ja sen varusteille aiheuttamansa vahingot sekä pyörästä kadonneet osat ja lisävarusteet niiden täydestä arvosta. Pyörien kuljettamisesta auton kuljetustelineessä on aina erikseen sovittava Pyhähipun kanssa. E-pyörää ei saa kuljettaa muutoin kun sidottuna pakettiautossa tai kuomullisessa peräkärryssä. Kuljetuspalvelun voit ennakkoon sopia ja ostaa Pyhähipusta (esim. pyörien vienti tai haku Luostolta 50€/suunta ja Pyhän lähialueet 15-20 €/suunta).

E-pyörän moottoria ei saa ”uittaa” suossa à liiallinen märkyys aiheuttaa moottorin rikkoontumisen (suot ja märät reittiosuudet tulee kiertää/taluttaa)E-pyörissä ajajan painorajoitus on 100 kg (kuskin + pyörän 25 kg yhteispaino ei saisi ylittää 125 kg )

Puhjenneet renkaat ovat vuokraajan vastuulla eli sovita vauhtisi maaston mukaan ja huomioi että emme pysty välttämättä heti auttamaan varsinkin jos sijaintisi on kansallispuistossa.  Maastossa suoritettavat renkaiden vaihtotyöt/paikkaukset veloitetaan vuokraajalta (alk. 50 €) Lisävahinkojen välttämiseksi puhjenneella renkaalla EI SAA AJAA .

Pyörä on palautettava Pyhähipun toimistoon sovitun vuokra-ajan päättyessä ellei muuta ole ennakkoon sovittu. Toimiston aukioloajan ulkopuolella pyörä palautetaan telineeseen, lukitaan ja lukon avain pudotetaan toimiston ulko-oven vieressä olevaan postilaatikkoon, kypärän voit jättää pyörän ohjaustankoon. Lopuksi tekstiviesti numeroon 040 360 8983 jossa on varaajan nimi sekä pyörän numero.

Pyhähippu ei vastaa pyörän vuokra-aikana vuokraajan itselleen aiheuttamista vahingoista(henkilövahingot) eikä kolmansille osapuolille suoraan tai välillisesti aiheutuneista henkilö-, omaisuus- tai mistään muistakaan mahdollisista vahingoista eikä näin ollen ole korvausvelvollinen.

Cancellation and Modification

Force Majeure

Tämä yritys shall not be liable for the cancellation of an order or reservation or other damage resulting from a force majeure event beyond Tämä yritys's control, which the seller could not reasonably have foreseen at the time of the transaction and the consequences of which Tämä yritys could not reasonably have avoided or overcome.

Notices and Complaints

Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

The parties shall endeavor to resolve disputes arising from the agreement primarily through negotiations. If no agreement is reached in negotiations, disputes shall be settled in the district court of the seller's domicile. This agreement is governed by Finnish law.

This online store has been implemented on the Joiku Booking online store platform. Joiku Booking (Comgate Oy, 2663001-9) does not provide, own, or control any services or products such as accommodations, activities, or transportation services that you access through this site.

The seller's terms apply to your booking, so you must accept and understand these terms. Ordering

Products are primarily ordered through the internet via the online store's shopping cart.

All orders will be confirmed via email, indicating the order price and ordered items. To receive the order confirmation, provide your email address during the order process.
